Hello, I am Skirmantė Juknė – Certified BG5® Career and Business Consultant, Leaders/HR Mentor and Team Analysis Specialist, and Human Design for Business Expert.
As the first expert in Lithuania of the revolutionary BG5® method, I founded an innovative consulting agency “Codes Of You” in 2018. Since then, I have been integrating this tool into my daily consulting practice, accumulating a vast amount of expert knowledge, practical insights, and observational experience. This has allowed me to see how accurately this tool reflects each individual’s behavior and how our nature shapes our choices.
With my expertise, I guide individuals, teams, and leaders in reconnecting with their authenticity and innate qualities, helping them discover their Success Codes – uniqueness, talents, strengths, pitfalls, life and work themes, as well as how they experience the world and interact with others and various situations.

My Story
From burnout to unlocking my fullest potential
I worked in the business sector for 17 years. I did very well there and quickly rose to high positions, taking on numerous responsibilities as a team member, team manager, project manager, organizational change manager, and in other roles. Although I gained a lot of experience and learned a great deal, which was enjoyable and interesting, over time, my enthusiasm began to fade, and I started to feel that something was missing…
Burnout became a constant state, and I realized that something in my world needed to be organized differently, but I had no idea how to make that happen or where to begin. It took about five years of exploring different systems, trying to understand who I was and what I needed to find in my life to feel fulfilled, happy, and healthy.
When, in 2017, I discovered BG5® (Human Design for Business), ), everything clicked. I finally had the answers I needed about who I am, what my energy is for, and how I can use it to fulfill my potential to the fullest. I was amazed by the tool’s complexity, accuracy, and especially its practicality, which led me to dive into the system with great enthusiasm.
I didn’t focus on any potential rewards or payback, nor did I let doubts or fears hold me back. I saw immense value in these studies and enjoyed every moment of it. I found all the answers to my questions about how and where to realize my potential. Therefore, having practically researched and applied this tool in my own life, I firmly believe that my contribution to the world as a BG5® consultant is very valuable.
