These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods/Services (hereinafter – the “Terms”) establish the general conditions for using the website www.codesofyou.com (hereinafter – “codesofyou.com” or the “Seller”). Payment and Delivery of Services

Relations arising under these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
In the event of damage, the liable party shall compensate the other party for direct losses in accordance with the procedures and grounds established by Lithuanian law. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
