In their quest to meet the expectations and demands of society, they easily forget themselves and lose connection with their true selves. They try to figure out their future steps, choose studies based on reputation and the question – is it worth it? However, later in life, despite the material success they have achieved, they often feel burned out or lose meaning and motivation, forgetting what they really want and what makes them happy.

That is what I often hear from young people after a consultation.

When you are young and do not know yourself,

it is easy to fall into the trap of social influence or succumb to the expectations of those around you. You may already be adopting others’ beliefs, following someone else’s definition of success, undervaluing yourself, or suppressing your innate strengths.
